How the 7/7 rotation works
The 1 week on, 1 week off pattern (also called week on week off, 7 on 7 off, 7 and 7) is common in oilfield operators and pumpers, drive-in mining jobs and some hospital and care roles, where two crews swap every week. With 2 crews starting 7 days apart, 1 crew is on site every day.
